How To: Join CSIS? To become a part of CSIS there are a number of requirements to meet. First and foremost, you must be a Canadian citizen. Some additional requirements include: a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, a driver's license, the willingness to relocate, and — although not required — proficiency in both English and French is desired.
